Riyadh, KSA, March 5, 2015
His Excellency Dr. Azzam bin Mohammed Al-Dakhil, Minister of Education, visited Naseej booths at the 4th International Conference for e-Learning and Distance Education, organized by the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education in collaboration with National Centre for e-Learning and Distance Learning (NCeL), on March 2—5, 2015, at the Ritz-Carlton hotel, Riyadh, KSA. Dr. Al-Dakhil tested the 3D virtual reality technologies Naseej provides to the higher and public education institutions.
Furthermore, Naseej – the Arab world's leading provider of Knowledge Management Solutions – has successfully concluded its participation in the conference held under the theme "Innovative Learning – Promising Future". The conference introduced the latest e-learning innovative environments and cutting-edge practices. The event also explored the world's state-of-the-art experiences and trends in terms of digital content usage and development, in additions to futuristic learning expectations and roles.
At the exhibition held as part of 4th International Conference for e-Learning and Distance Education, Naseej demonstrated Brightspace; the Integrated Learning Platform from D2L. Brightspace offers groundbreaking features designed to personalize learning and design a learning content that fit individual needs; from one-size-fits-all to one-size-fits-me with Adaptive Learning feature, as well as robust predictive analytics for early intervention and course recommendations to ensure learners' success. Brightspace also provides cutting-edge mobile capabilities to enable students to follow their courses and interact with faculty and peers anytime and anywhere. Brightspace is built for a brighter future. Through education, knowledge has the power to unite, engage, and inspire students.
Naseej also showcased its latest Virtual Reality Solutions, including CyberAnatomy 3D and zSpace.
zSpace offers the world's most advanced 3D holographic system for learning science. zSpace enables students to interact with objects, explore their relevant and detailed models, and inspect them as close as possible in a completely safe immersive environment.
On the other hand, CyberAnatomy 3D offers health professionals and students a de-facto standard for medical-level teaching of anatomy. The 3D presentation and mobility of each structure creates an open, freely moving, virtual dissection experience that engages students by offering an accurate sense of the spatial relationships between anatomical structures.
