Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line technical support to end user for computer, telephone and equipment requests.
  • Provide first line technical support to end user for printers, copiers and potter requests
  • Prioritize and schedule problem resolutions.
  • Setup computer hardware and software and telephony equipment according to established procedures.
  • Solving the printer’s issues; paper jam, changing toner, driver installation, change fuser, Access software updates, drivers and knowledge bases to solve printer’s problems.
  • Access software updates, drivers and knowledge bases to solve problems.
  • Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze ways to improve service.
  • Maintain inventory control records of consumables and computer components.
  • Assist senior personnel with network and server issues.

 Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • 2+ years’ experience working help desk and support printers.
