As part of its strategic efforts to better serve its community and stakeholders, Al-Ahsa Development Authority has appointed Naseej for Technology to design and develop its new digital portal. The initiative aims to deliver a user-centric, easily managed platform that enhances communication, accessibility, and engagement – while aligning with local and international best practices for digital service excellence.
The new portal will be purpose-built to address the needs of Al-Ahsa’s target audience, combining flexibility, scalability, and compliance with the latest benchmarks in digital accessibility, content management, and user experience.
Designed for ease of content management, the portal will empower the authority’s teams to continuously update and improve their digital services. By adopting a modular and adaptive design, the portal will be highly responsive to changing stakeholder expectations and emerging digital requirements. The project will move forward with the analysis and design phase in close collaboration with the Authority’s digital transformation team, followed by implementation and training.
