Naseej for Technology and NEXTWO signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at LEAP 2026 to explore AI agents that work alongside people, helping organizations improve operational efficiency and enable smarter ways of working.
The collaboration reflects a shared ambition to move AI from experimentation toward practical enterprise applications. Naseej and NEXTWO will explore opportunities to apply AI agents across routine, knowledge-intensive, and operational processes, helping organizations reduce manual effort, improve access to information, accelerate execution, and enable employees to focus on strategic priorities, innovation, and higher-value decision-making.
Potential areas of collaboration include identifying high-impact use cases, assessing organizational readiness, developing proofs of concept, and exploring scalable models that integrate AI agents into existing workflows and enterprise environments. The two companies will also consider the human and operational dimensions required for successful adoption, including workforce readiness, governance, security, system integration, and measurable business outcomes.
By combining Naseej’s regional experience in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, data, automation, and enterprise platforms with NEXTWO’s capabilities in technology talent, AI and machine learning, and managed development teams, the collaboration brings together the technology, expertise, and human capabilities needed to support sustainable AI adoption.
Rather than replacing human expertise, the partnership will explore a human-centered model in which people continue to define objectives, apply judgment, and lead decisions, while AI agents assist with research, coordination, analysis, process execution, and other time-intensive activities.
