As Saudi Arabia continues to strengthen its position as a regional hub for higher education, international institutions entering the Kingdom face the challenge of adapting global academic models to local regulatory, operational, and student service requirements. In support of this objective, the University of New Haven has partnered with Naseej for Technology Company, a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for higher education, to implement a ZATCA-compliant financial management solution for its new Riyadh campus ahead of its planned opening in September 2026.
The University of New Haven is set to become the first accredited U.S. university to establish a campus in Saudi Arabia. Located in Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City (Misk City), the new mixed-gender campus is currently accepting applications and preparing to welcome its inaugural student cohort.
Powered by Zoho Books and supported through Zoho One Subscription services, the solution provides a modern financial management environment that aligns with Saudi Arabia’s electronic invoicing (Fatoora) requirements while supporting efficient financial workflows and institutional operations.
As part of the project, Naseej will deliver implementation services, integration with the university’s Student Information System (SIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, and Single Sign-On (SSO) environment, in addition to ongoing technical support. The integrated solution enables greater visibility across financial and administrative processes, reduces manual effort, improves data accuracy, and supports a more seamless experience for prospective and enrolled students.
Drawing on more than three decades of experience supporting higher education institutions across the region, Naseej helps universities establish the digital capabilities required to operate, scale, and evolve.
