Naseej organized a webinar to raise awareness of Institutional Research and Assessment in Higher Education, in which it provided a strategic understanding of the functions of the department of institutional research and assessment in a university/college. The webinar used the Department of Institutional Research and Assessment at the Lebanese American University (LAU) as a case study.

Webinar objectives:
- Develop an understanding of what institutional research and assessment is, and why it is a fundamental function in decision making, assessment and evaluation within institutions of higher learning; and
- Gain insights into the challenges and opportunities experienced by the Department of Institutional Research and Assessment at LAU, and an appreciation of its expansion and growth over the past 10 years.
