Mobile Executives Office

Most executives face the challenge of processing the high volume of correspondence that arrives in their in-tray during the typical working day. That challenge is compounded when incoming correspondence arrives during non-working hours or when executives are on the move. Naseej has developed a solution to this problem in the form of an Executives Office application, which resides on an iOS tablet and can be used to handle incoming correspondence anytime, anywhere, and without internet access.

Mobile Executives Office

The Executives Office application extends the availability of incoming correspondence by integrating with any supported backend systems, such as the Document Management or Corresponding System, through predefined web services. In addition, it can work as a standalone system with its own administration and database, and with the flexibility to manage uploaded correspondence.

The Executives Office application consists of four main parts: the app, administration interfaces, Naseej integration layer and Lite Document Management (LDM).
