This collaboration aims to digitally empower the university’s Deanship of Quality and Development in managing strategic planning, academic accreditation, program reviews, learning outcomes assessment, and institutional surveys.
Notably, the university selected Medad IEP through EXPRO’s Unified Government Procurement Platform, a trusted national platform that ensures transparency, compliance, and efficiency in public sector procurement. This further reflects Qassim University’s commitment to excellence through best-in-class, secure, and locally hosted digital solutions.
A New Standard for Academic Quality
Medad IEP is a cloud-native platform built on the latest global standards and aligned with Saudi Arabia’s cybersecurity requirements. Offered in a SaaS model and recognized as a Saudi Tech by the Saudi Exports Authority, it allows universities to subscribe on-demand with high reliability and full operational readiness ensuring security, flexibility, and scalability.
Through this agreement, Qassim University will benefit from the platform’s core modules, including:

- Quality Assurance Management
- Academic Program Review
- Learning Outcomes Assessment
- Survey Management
These modules work together to provide a unified digital environment that streamlines quality assurance processes, facilitates data-driven decision-making, and supports strategic alignment with national and institutional goals.
