Riyadh, July 2011, In its efforts to carry out a number of Royal decrees designed to enable Saudi citizens to easily apply for a housing loan without the need of owning a land prior to applying for a housing loan, the Saudi Real Eestate Development fund REDF) set out to create a fully online service for accepting loan applications, and to provide equal access rights to all applicants, in addition to integrating the online registration service with various governmental entities.

To achieve this REDF turned to Arabian Advanced Systems (Naseej) to manage the technical aspects of the project, starting from designing a robust system architecture that will insure full integration with the secure e-government network and the smooth operations of the service that guarantees 24/7 uptime access for millions of concurrent users, in addition to developing the service access channels (web, SMS, mobile) that insures users have full ability to apply for the housing loan.

Eng. Abdullah Al-Turaifi, VP of Arabian Advanced Systems commented on awarding Naseej this project by saying “ We are proud to be the technical partner for REDF in this critical project, which provides us with the opportunity to directly serve Saudi citizens; and we thank both the Saudi Ministry of Housing and the Saudi Real Estate Development Fund for choosing Naseej”

It is noteworthy to mention that REDF online service, named “Moyassar” meaning “made easy”, was successfully launched last month, whereby millions of citizens applied for a housing loan hassle free.
