NAS Aviation, the operator of the popular budget carrier in Saudi Arabia, chose Naseej to implement a new enterprise-wide email system for all its staff. Naseej, the region’s leader in Knowledge management and Enterprise Portal solutions and E-Services, provided NAS with the professional services and logistical support for the implementation of this system, which includes software licenses, HP servers, EMC storage devices, Microsoft software solutions including Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange Server 2013. The newly upgraded email infrastructure provides NAS staff with a robust email service, accessible from anywhere and on any device, with synchronized real time backup and storage to safeguard against data loss. Naseej will also provide 24/7 technical support services, year-long, as part of the project to support the critical operation of the new services. The new system will offer easy administration for NAS IT and helpdesk staff in the direct management of the service.
