In its efforts to improve performance, increase productivity, and advance its performance capabilities the Saudi Ministry of Civil Services will launch a robust Internal Portal designed to provide its staff and cadre with an easy access to a multitude of services in addition to up-to date information. The ministry chose Naseej the region s leading provider of Portal Solutions and e-Services – to develop its Internal Portal, in addition to an integrated content management system.
The project includes the development and design of 14 types for internal business procedure and services. In addition, the project incorporates a special section for important news relevant to the Ministry and linking the news section on the portal with the ministry’s press services. The internal portal of the ministry will help organize and coordinate the workflow between the various departments and staff to ensure effective and efficient functionality.
