Bahrain Polytechnic has signed a 2-year agreement with Naseej – the Arab world’s leader in Knowledge Management Solutions – to maintain and technically support its current Banner Student Information System, and to implement the Evisions Argos Enterprise Reporting and Analytics System for Higher Education.
Banner Student Information will help Bahrain PolyTechnic deliver all kinds of experiences to their students, from admissions to registration to curriculum management to advising and assessment. This will – in turn – keep students engaged and on track for success. Also, Banner Student allows offering easy, intuitive access to information and services.
Evisions Argos Analytics offers an effective reporting and analytical platform that satisfies all reporting needs, from ad hoc queries to OLAP (On-Line Analytical Processing) data cubes and dashboards. It ensures seamless web integration, thus providing an unlimited number of users with secure access to reports anytime and anywhere. The system also supports Arabic and right-to-left direction reports, and its interactive dashboards give users the option of conducting more detailed analysis. Argos‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎s scheduling and delivery capabilities mean reports can be distributed automatically to key users. In addition, Argos API (Application Programming Interface) allows reports to be run and delivered via third-party software tools, such as web portals and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
