The Tenth Annual Desire2Learn Users‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎ Conference “Fusion 2013”, entitled “Revolutionizing Lifelong Learning”, will be held in Boston, USA, on July 15–17. The summit will provide a hub for sharing and evaluating Desire2Learn users’ experiences. More than 1,000 attendees from all around the world – Australia, Singapore, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and North America – are expected to participate in the summit.
The conference incorporates more than 200 individual sessions, most of them client-driven. Additionally, on July 18–19, the itinerary includes post-conference training, product spotlights, keynote presentations, focus groups, team challenges, and user access to the newest version of Desire2Learn‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎s Learning Environment.
Naseej – the exclusive agent of Desire2Learn in the Middle East region – will participate in the conference as part of a panel session presented by Eng. Salah Aldin Farhan (Naseej eLearning‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎s Senior Product Manager) and including panelists from Canada, the United States, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The topic of the discussion will be “Learning Management across Cultures”. The main focus of the panel session will be to explore the similarities and differences in e-learning experiences and practices across continents and cultures, and the role of this new mechanism in recognizing seemingly universal challenges and opportunities. Thus, various insights from stakeholders will be detailed and evaluated.
