This conference is considered the first of its kind in the Middle East, dealing with prominent issues facing the field of archiving and records.
Naseej participated in the National Center for Archives and Records Conference. Which was held from the 24th to the 26th of March at the Intercontinental Hotel in Riyadh.
This conference is an unprecedented event to occur in the Arab region, focusing on the ongoing challenges facing the archives and records industry. While tackling the most efficient solutions to overcome those challenges, in the digital era.
The conference was set to address more than 60 scientific papers summited by researchers and specialists from all over the world. As a strategic partner for government agencies managing and archiving of records and achieves, Naseej presented two papers. The first, “National Archives Legislation: The balance between administrative teleology and the goals of the national memory” submitted by Dr. Mahmoud Masoura. The second, “Applications of ISO standards No. 15489 in the field of hydrocarbons: the Algerian experience” submitted by Prof. Ashour Sallal.
On the sidelines of the conference, several workshops and an exhibition was held. Naseej participated in the latter, to showcase its services and solutions in archiving, including records & archives management consultancy services, digitization and digital archiving solutions, technical solutions and services and finally storage solutions (classic, mobile and digital)
