Naseej acquires a Majority in “Appsinnovate” a specialized developer of gamification and mixed reality learning content and applications
The investment will further extend Naseej’s capabilities in providing interactive and engaging learning and training content to its higher education and enterprise customers
Riyadh, Cairo – July 2023, Naseej, a leading digital transformation solutions provider in the Middle East, has acquired a majority share in “Appsinnovate”, a dynamic software development company based in Cairo, Egypt. Appsinnovate is an experiential learning and communication technologies house that provides highly engaging learning and communication experiences for learners and audiences of all types, and is Known for its capabilities in gamification platforms and immersive experiences using virtual, augmented and mixed reality technologies as well as Metaverse applications. Under the acquisition agreement, Appsinnovate will continue to operate as an independent company with its own brand and business strategy, under the management of its two founders.
The investment comes as Naseej continues to expand and enhances its interactive learning and training content to its enterprise customers by further embedding cutting edge technologies and platforms to its suite of interactive learning products; “Leaning and training spaces are in a state of continuous evolution, and we’re constantly monitoring the technology landscape for emerging technologies that promise to significantly improve how learning can be achieved” Said Abduljabbar Alabduljabbar, Naseej CEO.
