The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) has chosen Naseej – the Middle East’s leading provider of Knowledge Management Solutions and Services – to provide it with its state-of-the-art technology solutions for eLearning management, online testing – online proctoring – and Naseej eLearning content development. The aim of this project is to empower TVTC to pursue its vital role of developing the Kingdom’s human resources, men and women, through training to help meet Saudi labor market’s needs of manpower to contribute to realizing the ambitious goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Under this project, Naseej will deliver MEDAD Cloud Learning Management Platform for around 300,000 trainees, which is designed as a secure, scalable, integrated learning solution to provide TVTC, and other educational and training institutions, with a comprehensive eLearning environment and a cost-effective and reliable platform that keeps Learning programs running at peak performance.

The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation has adopted MEDAD Learning Management Platform’s Learning Objects Repository to provide them with a secure, user-friendly digital repository compatible with their eLearning environment as well as able to store, archive, and manage courses and learning units in addition to being able to export instructors’ components directly into the learning platform, redeveloping and backing up earlier course versions so that course content versions are always available.

Naseej will also provide TVTC with Online Proctoring Services from Proctorio − a fully secure and automated solution that monitors exams remotely, including a variety of unique features, such as automated learner authentication, automated monitoring of online test takers, and a diversity of content protection measures, preventing test-takers from copying, printing, or downloading data. The solution, also, comprises a wide range of privileges, including relieving test-takers of the need to install any software, implementing full integration with learning management platforms, and ensuring intellectual property protection.

In pursuit of adopting best practices in the learning and training domains, the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation has adopted Naseej Custom eLearning Content Development Services to design custom learning objects for the corporation by leveraging the latest advancements in the field, enabling TVTC to customize their training content to achieve their objectives of boosting workforce skills and maximizing productivity. Thanks to this outstanding technology solution, Naseej will be committed to developing content for more than 100 level-three and level-four training subjects for TVTC’s trainees.
