In a significant move towards enhancing the quality of eLearning and training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Naseej for Technology Company is delighted to announce signing a strategic agreement with the National eLearning Center (NELC). This groundbreaking initiative will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission and vision of NELC, and its ongoing commitment to advancing eLearning, supporting, enhancing governance processes, and elevating the overall quality and efficiency within the education sector.

The choice of Naseej by NELC is a testament to its recognition of the company’s extensive experience and its proven ability to collaborate effectively in the pursuit of the center’s core objectives. These objectives revolve around fostering trust in eLearning, ensuring equitable access to lifelong learning, and promoting sustainable innovation in the field of eLearning and training. This underscores the significant role played by Naseej in providing digital transformation solutions, empowering all academic organizations, as well as governmental and private institutions, in managing learning and knowledge within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East region.

In the light of this project, Naseej will be responsible to develop and establish governance in education and training. This will include ensuring the effective arbitration, management, and regulation of these processes by adhering to principles of transparency, accountability, and efficiency. The project will also involve a comprehensive review of various training and educational programs offered by the centre, with the aim of assessing their quality, effectiveness, and alignment with specific needs and requirements. Compliance with the centre’s standards and regulations will be a key focus, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and performance improvement. Additionally, the project will involve the issuance of reports regarding quality, compliance, and program assessment, which will guide corrective action plans for continuous improvement.

The solutions and services that Naseej will provide to the National Center for eLearning within the framework of this project encompass a thorough analysis of the current landscape, proposing and implementing suggested solutions, executing arbitration and reviews for entity and program licensing, implementing compliance and quality initiatives for licensed entities and programs, tracking non-compliant entities and programs, and delivering regular reports to stakeholders. Furthermore, the project will also include evaluation processes and lessons learned, ensuring ongoing refinement and enhancement of the governance framework.

In the light of signing this project, Eng.
